NFP Tailor-Made Training 2017
Deadline for applications: 14 Februari 2017
The Netherlands Fellowship Programmes (NFP) promotes capacity building by providing training and education for professionals. The NFP was initiated and is fully funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the budget for development cooperation. EP-Nuffic is responsible for the management of the NFP.
The Tailor-Made Training programme (TMT) is one of the modalities of the NFP. A tailor-made training course is designed to meet specific needs of a requesting organisation.
You can find more information and an overview of the criteria for TMT on the EP-Nuffic website
Embassy’s policy and priorities
The Embassy of the Netherlands in Kabul will review incoming applications and recommend them to EP-Nuffic in line with embassy policy and priority of Security and Rule of Law, with a special focus on women's rights and economic development, which is focused on the following sectors:
security for people;
a functioning legal order;
political processes in which every group in society can participate, including peace processes, post-conflict reconciliation and democratisation;
a legitimate, capable government;
employment and basic services;
Interested and eligible organisations are invited to participate in the TMT programme. You can find the eligibility criteria on the website as well
The next EP-Nuffic deadline for the TMT programme will be on the 1st of March 2017 (important note: Embassy deadline is different. For more details please read below). Co-funding is not compulsory, but voluntary co-funding by the requesting organisation or by a third party sponsor in the country will increase the selection chance.
