Due to security reasons the Netherlands embassy in Kabul is in a position to offer limited consular services only. Requests for passports (as from the 10th of September 2009), visa and MVV (authorisation for temporary stay) can be filed at a Netherlands embassy or consulate general in the region such as New Delhi or Dubai.
